Mom and Dad were in Atlanta for the weekend visiting Sarah and Amy while Mikey was in Colorado on business. We agreed to meet halfway between here and there...Chattanooga is about an hour and a half from Atlanta and an hour and a half from Knoxville. We each packed a picnic lunch and decided to meet at Coolridge Park, real close to the IMAX, children's museum, and aquarium. We spent a good amount of the morning letting the gilrs play in the water fountain, then found some shade for a nice picnic and a little down time for the babies. A little later, we headed back to the fountain for more water fun before drying off and taking a ride on the carasal. We then searched for an ice cream place and finally did some window shopping before going our separate ways. All in all, it was a very nice day and a wonderful time with the family...the only thing I would change would be remembering to pack the sunblock!!! I guess you do need sunblock in other states besides Florida and other seasons besides summer!! Oh well, live and learn...
