The Reign of Estrogen is over!!

Say hello to Paco. The newest member of the Council family from the Young-Williams Animal Center. The house is now a make up of 4 males and 3 females. Pepper and I finally got reinforcements. Woo hoo!!

It might be...but it was not given to him by us. The shelter named him that. I assume it is because they believe that he has Chihuahua in him. However, judging by his size already....it is a small amount of that breed for sure.
